Tectona was founded by Mark Nicholls with a simple aim: to give growing businesses access to the kind of financial leadership typically reserved for much larger organisations.

Today, we are a team of 17 highly experienced Finance Directors, each bringing deep expertise across a range of sectors — from professional services and technology to manufacturing, construction, and beyond. That breadth of experience matters. It means we can quickly understand your business, your challenges, and your opportunities — and bring proven thinking that works in the real world, not just in theory.
